SIALSORE
Just about 2 km from Chandrapuri is Sialsore, a magical place surrounded by snooty mountains and lush green pastures, and the River Mandakini quietly running on one side. Thin, crisp pollution-free air, chirping of birds, gurgling sound of Mandakini, tranquil ambience, the greenery and the clear blue sky is Sialsore all about. Chandrapuri and Sialsore are like twin sisters – ideal places for tiny outdoor trips. Unlike Chandrapuri the river is a little wide here and is contoured by barbed wire. It is not possible to climb down to the river bank.
